I come to the studio with my songs and an idea of how they are supposed to sound, and then I go and invite musicians with their own ideas... and often something sompletely different ensues! I love this process, and I come away feeling like I've learned my own songs all over again. My deep gratitude to the musicians who contributed their brilliance to this project.
